PNF.Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation: guided movement techniques used in rehabilitation.
Manual therapy.Hands-on techniques selected to support your movement and treatment goals.
Acupuncture.Discussed as a treatment option where appropriate for your individual needs.
Cupping.Another hands-on approach used in my practice, where suitable.
Hydrotherapy.Water-based rehabilitation. Please enquire about suitability and arrangements, as this requires access to a suitable pool.
